Job Summary

The Customer Service Parking Attendant is a key member of the team responsible for assisting professional drivers who use the Reserve‑It parking program with arrival, parking, and general information. They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we return every traveler to the road better than we came.

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • Assist professional drivers who use the Reserve‑It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
  • Maintain parking lot cleanliness, and fuel island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve‑It functions
  • Prioritize work according to customer and management needs
  • Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
  • Establish strong communication and rapport with management and co‑workers
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Pay Range

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally.
