In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for a major manufacturing account, ensuring critical materials and freight are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time to keep production lines running smoothly.

Job Details- Job Type: Contract
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Overnight Shift) - Salary: $17 – $18 per hour

High School (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight coordination, or a fast-paced, high-volume administrative customer service role.
- Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable utilizing multiple software platforms and spreadsheet tools (Excel) to manage data.
- Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor when handling time-sensitive escalations.
- Ability to work the dedicated overnight shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Mon–Fri) reliably.

Logistics Tracking & Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time visibility into freight status and driver locations.
- Proactively monitor transit milestones to identify and resolve potential delays before they impact delivery.
Operational Data Management
- Maintain high levels of data integrity through meticulous entry of shipment details, driver logs, and operational records.
- Ensure all digital documentation is accurate and organized for immediate retrieval.
Communication & Inbound Relations
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, directing information to the appropriate stakeholders with speed and professionalism.
