Louisville, KY – Onsite

Pay: $17/hour

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm (must be flexible)

Training: 3 weeks, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (no time off the first 30 days)

Title:

Healthcare Customer Service Representative

• Provide excellent customer service to a high volume inbound call model.
• Assist patients with general healthcare questions, prescription and product options, and program enrollment.
• De‑escalate and provide solutions, advocate for patient care when reviewing plans.
• Communicate with Primary Care Team and healthcare providers.
• Respond to requests and denials in a timely fashion (70+ calls each day).
• Collaborate as a team player.

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience (70+ calls/day).
• Experience actively listening and taking notes.
• Ability to multitask and provide empathetic care.
• Reliable, stable job history and punctual attendance.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite and has reliable transportation.
