We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk to work in the Front Desk division at Kenlake State Resort Park. Kenlake State Resort Park has a 48-room lodge, 34 cottages, dining room, campground, tennis center, pool, and shelters.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Making reservations.
• Checking guest in and out of their accommodations.
• Assisting with directions and activities and ensuring that the guest has the best possible experience.
• Provide top notch guest relations.
• Work face to face and by telephone with guest.
• Organizational and cash handling accountability.
• Willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The Park Desk Clerk will report directly to the Park Desk Clerk Supervisor.

Work is performed indoors in a state park setting.

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
