What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll support business clients within the digital content space, helping them improve performance and get the most out of their online presence.
You will:- Support clients via chat, phone and email
- Provide guidance on campaigns and content performance
- Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
- Build strong relationships with business clients
- Help clients optimise their strategy and results
