Our client in Greece is looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join their international team and support customers for some of the world's leading global brands.

You’ll be supporting Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, providing professional and friendly assistance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. No previous customer support experience? That’s perfectly fine—you’ll receive full training before you get started.

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Providing professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service
• Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and with empathy
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Following company procedures and quality standards
• Working closely with an international team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and very good English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A customer-focused or commercially driven mindset
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn and grow

Important: To be eligible for this role, you must already hold either an EU passport or a valid Greek work and residence permit. Unfortunately, applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
