Dental Health Therapist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and support our mission of providing high‑quality dental care in a fun and compassionate environment.

• Deliver direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instructions.
• Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review their medical history.
• Assist with dental and perio charting and provide general office support.
• Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.

• Pay range $XX-XX per hour (negotiable based on experience).
• Sign‑on bonuses: up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time employees.
• Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity and monthly bonuses based on office performance.
