Job Title: Radiation Oncology Physician

Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Valid state medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven expertise in radiation therapy procedures and oncology treatment protocols
• Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced radiation delivery systems (e.g., IMRT, SBRT, proton therapy)
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience working in a community or academic setting
• Additional language skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Oncology residency program
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in radiation oncology
• Proven track record of patient-centered care and collaborative practice

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start as soon as possible, with flexibility for scheduling
• Ability to travel if required for consults or training
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are preferred
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols
