Schedule
- Part-time:
Mondays 7am-12pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-5pm - Pick up 1-3 days weekly
- No meal break required; compact shifts
- Ongoing PRN option; no long-term commitment
Cases and Procedures
- Preventive, acute, and episodic care
- Patients age 2 and older;
- No procedures required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Kentucky license required
- BLS and DEA certifications
