Requirements  Georgetown is looking for a provider to care for patients while our community provider is out on leave.

The anticipated schedule is:  Monday - Friday 8 - 430

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding.

• Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing

• Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms.  All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
