About the Facility The facility operates as a dedicated outpatient cancer center specializing in comprehensive oncology care. The center provides modern radiation therapy services with current treatment planning systems and imaging capabilities. About the Facility Location Georgetown, Kentucky offers diverse regional attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities with year-round activities. The area features recreational activities and natural attractions for residents and visitors throughout the area.
About the Clinician's Workday The radiation oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient cancer care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. The clinician will manage approximately 15 patients per day using the Athena EMR system for documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Radiation Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this position. The role involves delivering radiation therapy treatments and managing oncology patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
