Seeking a motivated and student-focused individual to join our Alternative Programs Campus in a flexible, classified role. This position may serve across multiple programs, including Phoenix Horizon Community (PHC),
Scott County Online Learning Academy (SCOLA), and Scott County Alternative Placement (SCAP), based on student and program needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students in nontraditional settings, values relationship-building, and is passionate about helping students succeed both in school and beyond.
Position Highlights- Daily interaction with students in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Focus on student supervision, mentorship, and engagement
- Key role in supporting the Work Experience Learning (WEL) Program
- Communicate with local businesses and community partners to support student opportunities
- Help students develop workplace readiness skills and professional behaviors

To provide a well-organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
