Instructional Lead ES (Literacy) – Enhanced Support Zone )
Location:
VANHOOSE EDUCATION CENTER. Closing Date: 05/28/2026.
Supports fellow teachers in assigned curricular area. Supports groups of teachers in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) or other collegial learning groups to implement learning strategies in assigned content area(s). Provides peer coaching, shares pedagogical insights, and instructional strategies to enhance classroom practice.
Minimum Qualifications- KY Teacher certification
- Master's Degree or higher with major in the assigned curricular area
- Three (3) years of successful experience as a teacher
- Knowledge of standards in the assigned curricular area
- Expertise in equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive education
