Special Education Teacher Job Description:

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs, in collaboration with parents, administrators, and other professionals.
• Implement specialized teaching techniques and interventions to support children with various developmental delays or disabilities.
• Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth for all students.
