The 3‑Year‑Old Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the spiritual, emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children. The successful candidate will foster curiosity, independence, wonder, and joy while thoughtfully integrating Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom life, in keeping with the Dominican emphasis on truth and joyful discovery.

Familiarity with or training in the Montessori Method and/or Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is strongly preferred.
