School Psychologist

Location:
Vandalia, OH

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to support individualized education programs (IEPs) and interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies to address students' academic and behavioral challenges.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid Ohio certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting assessment data.
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
