The Putnam County Educational Service Center provides educational opportunities to nine rural school districts in Ohio. These districts include Columbus Grove, Continental, Ft. Jennings, Kalida, Leipsic, Miller City-New Cleveland, Ottawa-Glandorf, Ottoville, and Pandora-Gilboa. In addition, the Putnam County ESC has both school age and preschool age classrooms within the nine school districts providing services to children with special needs and their families.
