Senior Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design process using adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology
• Design and develop engaging learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and performance support tools
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective training programs
• Develop and maintain new-hire training curricula
• Manage multiple learning projects, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, evaluations, and business impact analysis
• Administer and support learning technologies, including LMS platforms and authoring tools

• Degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant instructional design and eLearning development experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating technical and systems-based training
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion

Proficient in project management and stakeholder collaboration to effectively assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness.
