Automation Engineer (PLC / Controls)
Location: Henderson Road
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5000 + 14 Days Leave + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: IT/Software
- Lead installation, commissioning, and system integration activities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Design, develop, and enhance automation and control solutions
- Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI systems
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong hands‑on expertise in automation and control systems; electrical schematics and system integration; mechanical troubleshooting
