Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ohio, United States, for a Drinking Water/Wastewater Regional Manager. The position involves leading and managing regional water and wastewater projects, developing strategic plans, overseeing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Regional Manager will also build and maintain relationships with clients, supervise teams, and ensure the successful delivery of quality solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in drinking water and wastewater system design, project management, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in technical reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with client relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with project budgeting and resource allocation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of environmental standards and guidelines for water and wastewater systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field;
    Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience in similar roles in the engineering or water infrastructure field is a strong advantage
