Job Description
Drive new product vision, strategy, and execution in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to grow solar racking market share. This person will be part of leading the team that is responsible for concept, testing, developing, and delivering in high‑volume and manufacturability. The role will focus on creative problem‑solving and collaborative work necessary to build prototypes.
Responsibilities- Develop and prototype solar racking products for fixed‑tilt and tracker systems.
- Ensure products meet performance and reliability standards through rigorous field testing and data collection.
- Collaborate with suppliers and collaborators to develop new materials and designs for solar solutions.
- Utilize software design capabilities to increase design cycle learning speed.
- Apply strategic thinking and decision‑making to process large amounts of information, assess critical issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
