Summary
We are seeking a full-time Electrical Controls Engineer for a premier systems integrator specializing in custom‑made equipment and conveyor systems for the automotive industry. This role involves the full lifecycle of electrical control systems, from initial design and programming to on‑site commissioning and debugging.
System Design & ProgrammingDesign, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Mitsubishi, Keyence, AB), HMI (Proface), machine vision, and robot systems (Kawasaki, Fanuc, Denso).
Project OversightDirect and oversee the electrical fabrication and assembly of projects.
Testing & DebuggingResponsible for powering on equipment, debugging, and completing in‑house system trials.
Customer CollaborationWork with clients to determine the feasibility of new designs versus modifying existing equipment.
InstallationOversee equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Working Hours & StyleFull‑time; on‑site with required travel.
Working LocationGeorgetown, KY (with up to 35% travel).
Salary/BenefitsSalary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) or an Associate degree with applicable experience.
