Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for industrial automation, controls engineering, and problem-solving? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, programming, and supporting advanced control systems for industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to deliver innovative electrical and automation solutions while supporting projects from design through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design electrical control systems, schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, primarily using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
  • Support motion control systems, AC variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial control networks.
  • Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), engineering documentation, and technical drawings.
  • Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support new and existing projects.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, and startup activities to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, electrical codes, and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, automation, or controls engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley Control Logix, Studio 5000, Factory Talk, and Siemens TIA Portal.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motion control systems, and industrial networking technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
