Location:

TMMK, Georgetown, KY

Travel: 10% - International, Vendors, NAMs (observations and Hands on)- 10% travel (would be ready to travel internationally to Canada and Mexico- bench marking and observations). Completely onsite position. Need someone local.

NO Dispatch Paint experience or automotive experience would be helpful.

Interview: 60 minutes Video call with STAR format.

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget
• Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications
• Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes
• Evaluate safety compliance to local and national codes
• Collaborate with 3rd party Safety Compliance Contractors
• Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones
• Supervise contractors in a green-field or brown-field work environment
• Coordinate installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers and equipment manufacturers
• Develop countermeasures for project delays for timely project completion

• Required experience/skill:
• BS In Engineering, Technical Trader Certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years manufacturing environment
• 3+ years project management
• Microsoft Office Software proficient
• AutoCAD proficient
• Bid Spec development, Contractor negotiation
• 2+ years Technical Drawing review experience
• Additional consideration given for:
• OSHA 10/30
• *** project management experience
• Automotive paint process experience
• Ability to understand and calculate utility cost
