Job Title
This person will be creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process. Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes. Or supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes.
This includes leading all meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process. Position will include travel to US, Mexico and Canada pending covid restrictions to support projects. Position will report to the Digital Engineering Manager. Must be able to work with minimal direction and previous experience is a must.
