Financial Analyst; Accounting Focus

$60,000–$65,000 (based on experience) +
10% STI Annual Bonus

Malone is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Financial Analyst to join their Finance team on-site in Georgetown, Kentucky. Our client is a global industrial manufacturer with more than 140 years of stability and innovation.

This role offers hands‑on exposure across financial analysis, reporting, and core accounting functions
, working closely with operations and leadership in a collaborative, on‑site environment.

• Prepare routine sales and revenue reports
• Analyze variances versus budget and forecast
• Support gross margin (GM) analysis and performance tracking

• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and tax filings (prepared externally)

• Partner with operations, sales, and accounting teams
• Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in core accounting functions, financial analysis, and/or financial reporting (Will hire entry-level with BS in Accounting & Strong Excel Skills).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
