Senior Treasury Operations Manager; International Treasury Operations

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Advisor/Expert (International Treasury Operations) to join the Kyivstar Treasury Operations team
, who will be responsible for managing international treasury operations, working with banks and financial instruments, and participating in strategic financial projects across the group of companies.

• Managing cross‑functional projects related to foreign exchange risk hedging, financing, and optimization of cash flows across the group of companies
• Negotiating with banks, structuring and supporting agreements on lending and cash placement in Ukraine and abroad
• Analysing and structuring M&A transactions and supporting the integration of companies acquired by the group
• Managing bank accounts abroad, coordinating KYC processes, and working with banking portals
• Initiating international payments, conducting foreign exchange transactions, and supporting the financing of operational expenses
• Supporting internal controls and audits, updating data in the Treasury Management System, and performing SOX controls

• Have a higher education in Economics or Finance
• Have at least 7 years of experience in the financial or banking sector
• Have experience working with client‑bank systems, banking portals, and financial instruments
• Are fluent in English
• Have strong analytical thinking and are able to solve complex and non‑standard problems
• Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take responsibility

• Have experience working with international banks or treasury operations for foreign legal entities
• Have worked with international financial agreements or M&A processes

• Керування крос‑функціональними проєктами у сфері хеджування валютних ризиків, фінансування та оптимізації грошових потоків групи компаній
• Ведення переговорів з банками, структурувати та супроводжувати угоди щодо кредитування і розміщення коштів в Україні та за кордоном
• Аналіз та структурування M&A угод, супроводжувати інтеграцію компаній, придбаних групою
• Управління банківськими рахунками за кордоном, координування процесів KYC та робота з банківськими порталами
• Ініціювання міжнародних платежів, проведення валютних операцій та забезпечення підтримки фінансування операційних витрат
• Підтримання внутрішніх контролів та аудитів, оновлювлення даних у Treasury Management System та виконання SOX контролів

• Маєте вищу економічну освіту
• Маєте від 7 років досвіду роботи у фінансовій або банківській сфері
• Працювали з клієнт‑банками, банківськими порталами та фінансовими інструментами
• Вільно володієте англійською мовою
