Regional Chief Financial Officer

The Incumbent is responsible for leading FFUSA’s financial strategy, planning, controls, and financial operations to drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, protect company assets, and maximize shareholder value. The CFO serves as the principal financial partner to the Business Head and corporate leadership, providing independent, fact-based analysis and disciplined financial governance across the business.

In addition to FP&A, treasury, fundraising, reporting, and compliance, the role will actively support pricing controls, product and customer profitability decisions, vendor negotiations, cost-structure management, and oversight of the local finance and operating teams. The CFO will challenge financial deviations, verify corrective actions, and ensure adherence to corporate policies, delegated authorities, and internal-control standards.
