Secure ICEYE's financial compliance and operational growth in Greece. You will act as the primary finance lead in Greece, partnering closely with regional leadership, business, and global finance with a growth mindset. You will ensure full statutory compliance and manage local financial risks while providing the clarity needed to scale the business and operations.

Finance Management & Business Partnering

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Greek office

• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision making

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend accelerated business growth actions

• Partner with local leadership and global teams to align business strategies for growth and expansion

• Oversee local statutory reporting and local accounting office

Accounting & Compliance Oversight

• Support group accounting and drive local compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Maintain compliance with Greek GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

Regulatory & Tax Management

• Monitor corporate tax filings, consumption tax, and other statutory obligations

• Stay up to date with changes in Greek financial regulations and ensure compliance

• Support transfer pricing and inter‑company transactions in collaboration with global teams

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the key point of contact for all finance‑related matters in Greece

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with groups finance, operations, sales, and legal teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment

• Fluent in Greek and business‑level English
