Position: Pharmacist/ Retail / Outpatient

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited college / university of pharmacy, bachelor’s degree or PharmD required
  • Pharmacist registered and licensed with Ohio State Board of pharmacy
  • Immunization Certification or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire
  • 340B experience preferred
Hours and Compensation

The position is full‑time day shift, 9‑hour shifts with a rotating weekend shift between two pharmacy locations. The pharmacist would work approximately one weekend a month and rotate holidays. Pharmacy hours are 9‑6 Monday‑Friday and 9‑4 Saturday;
Sunday closed. The range is between $48 per hour (annual $100,000) and $68 per hour (annual $141,440) depending on experience. Full benefit package included.

Responsibilities
  • Provides quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Provides clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medications for all customers.
  • Provides services in retail pharmacy, including but not limited to immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, medication therapy management and medications to beds, as applicable.
  • Understands the pharmaceutical care needs of a patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
  • Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory/accrediting requirements; and professional practice standards.
