Physical Therapist - PT - PRN

Overview

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH. The role begins on or after September 1, 2026. • Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation settings.
