*** Patient Experience Representative
*** for Bluegrass Orthopaedics, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of our facility to ensure smooth operations. As a Patient Experience Representative your job duties will also include a variety of secretarial business aspects of patient care include collecting their  (drivers license) and insurance cards, scan cards into the patient chart, verify insurance eligibility, collect copay and balances, assist patient in reviewing their demographic information/signing of consent forms/and medical history review.

The Patient Experience Representative will also complete a clinic review for the clinics that will occur the next day to assure everything is taken care of prior to the start of the next day. The Patient Experience Representative will report to the Registration Supervisor and the Business Services Director.
Bluegrass Orthopaedics has been serving Central and Southeastern Kentucky for over 25 years. We offer a variety of services for all areas of sports medicine, total joint care, industrial medicine and foot, ankle and hand care. We pride ourselves in treating athletes of all ages - from the youth sports athlete, to the weekend warrior, the industrial athlete, to the senior athlete.

* Strong computer literacy, typing ability and knowledge of medical terminology
* Strong customer service skills
* Skill in communicating effectively with physicians and clients
* Electronic medical record experience preferred
