Patient Access Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately managing patient registration and access processes within the healthcare revenue cycle.
• Ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience.
• Assigning accurate MRNs, completing medical necessity/compliance checks, and providing proper patient instructions.
• Collecting insurance information and processing physician orders while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Conducting audits of accounts to ensure accuracy and timely completion to meet standards.

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• High School Diploma/GED
• CRCR Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)

Demonstrates expertise in managing patient registration and access processes within the healthcare revenue cycle, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance while enhancing patient experiences. Proficient in conducting audits and processing insurance information with a focus on customer service excellence.
