The Crossroads Center seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals in medical detox and mental health treatment. You will monitor behavior patterns, assist with therapeutic activities, and help maintain a safe, compassionate care environment.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with the care team, and facilitating group sessions under supervision. Certification in CPR/First Aid is required. CBHT is preferred.
