Premise Health in Georgetown, KY is seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer – Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist to deliver care to client employees in our Health Center. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11 PM or 4, 10-hour shifts 2:30 PM–1 AM.
