- Become a vital part of our healthcare team!
- Work 40 hours per week with varied shifts.
- Enjoy a typical shift from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with some weekend and evening coverage required.
- Bring your expertise to the forefront and enhance patient care!
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
- Relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, especially with vancomycin.
- Proficient in warfarin management.
- Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is a bonus, but not required!
- Varied shifts available.
- Holiday coverage is a must.
