Public Area Attendant

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. This role supports the company’s service culture by maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and stakeholders.

Schulte Hospitality Group is a leading third‑party management company operating over 200 hospitality locations across the United States and internationally.

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby, and front desk area to meet quality standards.
• Dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors.
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes of trash.
• Maintains efficient communication on two‑way radio to prioritize tasks.
• Monitors and cleans public restrooms on an hourly basis to ensure a clean, attractive environment.
• Removes spots, insects, and debris; polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays.
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a housekeeping role.
