Skytouch Holdings Of Georgetown LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Fairfield by Marriott in Georgetown, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a well-recognized Marriott brand property and drive exceptional guest experiences while leading a passionate hospitality team. • Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
• Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize revenue and control costs
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements
• Drive sales strategies and work with local accounts to increase occupancy and RevPAR
• Handle guest relations, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of hotel team members
• Coordinate with ownership and corporate leadership on property goals and reporting
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting and inventory management; overseas daily and long-range revenue optimization using RMS/OTA Channel management tools

• 2+ years of hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience required
• Prior experience with Marriott branded properties strongly preferred
• Proven track record in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
