Key Responsibilities- Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
- Answer phones and respond to general HR inquiries.
- Track employee attendance and support timekeeping processes.
- Work closely with team members to address issues and concerns promptly.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
