Candidate Service Advisor – Recruiter

Schedule:

Full time, 1st shift Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Location:

Blue Ash, OH

Pay: depending on experience

Precision Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job order intake to candidate placement
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client service manager
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding job opportunities and status updates
• Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for future placements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Experience in staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment
• Sales or account management experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
