Weare delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for the roleof HR Co-ordinator, based at their Head Office in Carlisle. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the evolving HR Business Partner model within the Group, providing a pivotal role in HR operations.

Asan HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting HR Business Partners with various HR systems administration tasks, primarily focusing onabsence and probation review processes. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment and onboarding activities, including Right to Work and DBS checks,employee relations casework, and other HR-related initiatives as needed. Whilethe role is primarily office-based, there may be occasional travel to other sites as required.

• SupportHR Business Partners with HR systems administration, particularly in managing absence and probation review processes.
• Assistin recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting Right to Work andDBS checks.
• Provide support for employee relations casework.
• Contribute to various HR-related initiatives and projects.
• Travelto other sites as necessary to support HR activities.

• Previous experience in an HR support role.
• CIPDLevel 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• StrongIT skills and experience with HR systems.
• Afull driving license and access to your own transport.
