HR Advisor

Our client is actively seeking an experience Human Resources Advisor to join their team out of Lima, OH! This individual will be in support various teams including payroll and talent acquisition to ensure proper compensation rates and understanding the right talent needed for onsite roles. Other responsibilites will include developing, updating and aligning HR policies with current legislation and company practices.

It will support the compensation team to properly level the job, the talent acquisition team in the development of a job description and understanding the right talent for the role, and, it will support you and the hired employee in understanding the role, key expectations and support the performance and development plan process.

• Enter, maintain, and report employee data in HR/payroll systems, including Workday and ADP, to keep records accurate and current.
• Review, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
• Define, document, and standardize employee life cycle processes, including hiring, retirements, resignations, reorganizations, and transfers.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve Service Now tickets across a broad range of HR and HR-related processes.
• Execute position management, selection, and compensation strategies within the current HRIS to improve processes.
• Develop, update, and align HR policies with current legislation and company practices.
• Support HR functions at site and regional locations as needed.

Please include all details related to the following qualifications required to successfully complete this role, including, but not limited to:

• Post-Secondary Degree combined with 3+ years of direct HR experience
• Superior organization skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with HCM and Payroll systems – preferably Workday and ADP
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to contribute to decisions and recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills Ability to move quickly in fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS)
