These are your tasks.- HR administration (contract management, communication with external service providers)
- Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting for several locations with P&I Loga3
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on personnel-related issues
- Carrying out applicant management and conducting interviews with the respective hiring managers
- Completed studies with a focus on HR or comparable commercial/administrative training with additional qualification as HR specialist
- Relevant professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of labor and social security law
- Confident handling of payroll accounting systems (P&I LOGA)
- Initial experience in processing and maintaining job plans
- IT affinity, analytical and forward-looking thinking in HR topics
- Modern, secure workplace with digital equipment
- Flexible working hours (flexitime) to reconcile work and private life
- After the probationary period:
