HR Advisor / Talent Acquisition - Georgetown, Kentucky (On-site)
The HR Advisor – Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the primary recruiting partner for manufacturing while also providing day-to-day Human Resources support.
Approximately 60% of this position is dedicated to full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, with the remaining 40% of the responsibilities focused on employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and HR projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or skilled trades.
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with significant full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other modern recruiting tools.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience. Advanced Linked In Recruiter experience.
- Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt positions. Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, SAP, or Success Factors..
