Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our team as a Recruiter and play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment efforts by building strong candidate pipelines, moving candidates efficiently through the process, and delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will focus on recruiting for recurring, high-demand roles by:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles while maintaining speed, quality, and compliance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and role requirements.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, events, and other high-volume sourcing channels.
• Screen, assess, and advance candidates efficiently while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activity, funnel health, and key hiring metrics to identify risks and recommend process improvements.
• Support inclusive hiring practices by developing broad, diverse candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Contribute to scalable recruiting processes that improve speed, consistency, and hiring outcomes across high-volume requisitions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, ensuring alignment with workforce plans, hiring targets, and business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm hiring needs, intake expectations, selection criteria, and interview timelines.
• Source, engage, screen, and qualify a high volume of candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively address gaps in candidate flow or hiring progress.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer preparation and candidate closure in partnership with hiring managers, HR, and compensation teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation, requisition updates, and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as applicant flow, time-to-fill, interview volume, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion to improve hiring outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience, and support scalable hiring processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment, hourly hiring, field hiring, or recurring operational roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, and competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive hiring needs.
