Responsibilities
- Liaise with merchants to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and perform on-site kiosk/POS setup, installation, and basic configuration when required.
- Conduct on-site training for merchants on kiosk/POS system operations and usage.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and follow up on merchants’ design and customization requests.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for merchants.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Min 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Experience with point-of-sales / self-ordering kiosk is an advantage.

Location:
Henderson. - Working Hours:
Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), WFH options available. - Salary:
Up to $4100 (Basic). - Able to start work immediate or on short notice.
