Position Name – Technical/Application Support Analyst

Location – Louisville, KY (Day-1 Onsite)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for applications and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions to build knowledge base.
• Communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of experience working in application/technical support or software development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, especially WMS platforms.
