Position
Principal Statistical Programmer – onsite, not eligible for remote work. Provide timely support to study team on all programming matters according to project strategies.
Responsibilities- Provide project leadership and programming support for processing data from clinical studies.
- Identify and implement requirements based on Statistical Analysis Plan and programming specifications using internal standards and guidelines.
- Guide the implementation and execution of programming and project standards.
- Evaluate, develop study requirements, and formulate validation plans.
- Design, test program logic, write code, document programs, and prepare them for submission.
- Oversee projects supporting ongoing clinical studies requests for statistical and non-statistical analyses.
- Respond to statistical ad‑hoc requests from senior management.
- Maintain consistent documentation of code, logs, and outputs in a regulated environment.
- Lead or support programming and QC of analysis datasets, TFLs, or standard tools following Regeneron data models.
- Coordinate activities and communicate shifting timelines and milestones.
- Integrate data across studies to support CSS/CSE.
- Create and maintain programming specifications for analysis datasets using Regeneron tools.
- Support creation and validation of submission requirements such as annotated CRFs, data export files, and define documents.
- Work in multidisciplinary study teams to provide timely, quality support for analysis and reporting of clinical trials up to regulatory approval, product launch, and annual reports.
- Develop and provide department training for applications and standard tools if applicable.
- Provide programming support for simple presentations and basic statistical ad‑hoc requests.
- Contribute to department working groups, providing input on tool development and process improvement.
- Master’s degree in a field that includes SAS (Base, Stat, Macro, Graph).
- 3+ years of experience in statistical programming.
- Proficiency with SAS and related tools.
- Strong programming, documentation, and analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
