As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for...
- Designing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities
- Building and maintaining custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security controls
- Developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems
- Translating business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and deployment activities
- Supporting testing, defect resolution, production issue triage, technical documentation, and Agile delivery ceremonies

Qualifications Required:- Bachelor's Degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments
- 4+ years of experience with Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow
- Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from requirements through deployment
- 1+ years of experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Salesforce security configuration, and REST or SOAP integrations
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise programs
- Experience in the child support domain
