Epicor Kinetic Manager

We are seeking an Epicor Kinetic Manager to lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of a growing Epicor Kinetic environment within a manufacturing organization. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys partnering with business users, solving complex Epicor challenges, and driving operational improvements.

You’ll serve as the technical lead for Epicor while collaborating with Business Analysts and IT leadership to shape the future Epicor roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and support the Epicor Kinetic environment.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards.
• Manage user security, system configuration, and Epicor administration.
• Support integrations with Doc Star and other business systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and future‑state technology initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts, end‑user training, and Epicor Kinetic adoption.
• Troubleshoot Epicor system issues and drive root cause resolution.
• Support ongoing Epicor upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Epicor administration experience.
• Experience developing BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, and Power BI reporting.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Doc Star preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
